GL O astrólogo agardou que acalmasen os enlevos do rei, e logo proseguiu: --Despois de o victorioso Amru (¡que en paz descanse!) acabou a conquista de Exipto, permanecín entre os antigos sacerdotes do país, a estudiar nos ritos e cerimonias da súa fe idólatra, e a procurar facerme eu propio mestre do saber oculto polo que eles son célebres.
