EN The country all round is very imposing, both in formation and colour: the foaming river Vivey, vines, rugged hills of granite, sierras of light and dark purples from flowering heather, yellowing chestnut-trees that cover the granite hills and stand triumphant high on inaccessible crags, yellow poplars far up in steep little meadows, ravines bronze with bracken.
GL A paisaxe da contorna é moi impresionante, tanto pola feitura coma pola cor: o escumante río Bibei, as viñas, as montañas pinas, as serras dun púrpura claro ou escuro polos breixos en flor, os castiñeiros amarelecidos que cobren os outeiros e que se erguen triunfantes sobre inaccesibles penedos, os chopos amarelos enriba ó lonxe, os pequenos prados e as gorxas da cor do bronce das fenteiras.
