GL Este pensamento, estou seguro, debe térselle ocorrido a miúdo a vostede; e pode xulgar canto foi agravado cando atopei que, subtraendo tódolos libros profesionais -libros de referencia, como diccionarios etc., etc.. etc.- da biblioteca universal de Europa, aínda quedaría un total de non menos dun millón douscentos mil libros por riba do que as prensas de Europa están aínda desembocando no océano da literatura, moitos deles inmensos folios ou cuartos.
